PowderFlow ("we," "us," or the "Program") is a powder coating workflow management platform operated by PowderFlow Systems. By opting in, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from your coating provider about your orders, estimates, and account activity through the PowderFlow platform.
You will not receive marketing or promotional text messages through this program unless you have separately opted in to marketing communications.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive messages only when there is a meaningful update to your job, estimate, or account. Expect between 0 and 10 messages per week during active jobs.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Check with your carrier for details. PowderFlow does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further SMS messages from the program. If you want to join again, contact your coating provider or reply START.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or email support@powderflowsystems.com. You will receive a reply with instructions on how to use the service, how to opt out, and how to contact support.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages described above via our SMS delivery partner (Twilio). For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
This program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to receive SMS messages. You must also be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in the phone number you provide.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and consent to receive recurring informational text messages from PowderFlow and your coating provider. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time as described above.
